Soft, flexible and oval-shaped, HeartStart Adult AED Pads conform to body contours for ample surface contact and adhesion. For smooth handoff to advanced life support (ALS) personnel, the pads connector is compatible with the hands-free cable of HeartStar manual defibrillators which have advanced capabilities. Once attached, these multifunction electrode pads can provide ECG monitoring, external pacing, and synchronized cardioversion, in addition to defibrillation.
